Method 1 - From the header menu
Click on the '+ New' sign (top left corner) and click ‘Contact’ to create a new client contact.
Enter the name, email address, phone number, address and any additional notes you wish to add regarding this contact:
Specify originating attorney:
Attach any optional files for the contact by selecting files from your computer or dragging and dropping them:
Set the contact status toggle switches as appropriate:
Click ‘Create contact.’
Method 2 - From the contact dashboard
From the ‘Contacts’ section (left navigation bar), click '+' sign (top left-hand side).
Continue entering contact information as specified in Method 1 above
Method 3 - From the timer
If you initiate a timer and realize at that point that the contact you are tracking time for does not yet exist within MONESQ, you may create a new contact directly from the timer:
From the timer, click the "+ Create new" link at the bottom of the contact pull-down menu:
Follow the instructions form Method 1 to populate contact details.
