1. Click on the '+ New' sign (top left corner) and click ‘Contact’ to create a new client contact
2. Choose ‘Entity’
1. Enter the name, website (optional), billing contact(s), address, and phone number
1b. Add a secondary contact to the entity. You may chose to send invoices to the secondary contact at a future date.
2. Enter any optional notes about the contact
3. Designate the ‘Originating attorney’
4. Attach any optional files for the contact by selecting files from your computer or dragging and dropping them
5. As appropriate, click ‘Conflicts check completed’, ‘Engagement letter has been signed’, ‘Contact is subject to sales tax’, or ‘Form W9 sent to contact.’
6. Click ‘Create contact’

1. From the ‘Contacts’ section (left navigation bar)
