The timer is located at the top right-hand side of the screen.
To start the timer, click the green ‘play’ button. To pause or stop the timer, click the ‘pause’ button.
Once you finish your time entry, click the ‘pause button’ and then the blue ‘check’ button to save the time entry.
1. Assign the time entry to a contact and/or to a matter.
2. Select the activity associated with the time entry
3. You can edit the time entry before saving and entering it.
4. Include a description of the time entry that will be included in the invoice
5. You have the option to edit the duration, date, whether or not it will be billable, and by whom.
6. You have the option to change the billing person’s hourly rate
7. The total is calculated automatically
8. Add any internal optional notes or files
9. Click ‘Create time entry’
