1. From the ‘Billing’ section (left navigation bar)
2. Click on the ‘Transactions’ tab
3. Search and click on the desired transaction
4. Click the red ‘Process a refund’ circle
5. You can edit the refund amount
6. You may optionally add internal notes or attach files
7. Click ‘Make a refund’
8. You may choose to send a refund receipt by clicking ‘Send receipt’
You may also access these features through the ‘Contact’ by clicking on the ‘Transactions’ page and either clicking on the transaction and clicking ‘Process a refund’
Or by clicking on the ellipsis menu next to the transaction and clicking ‘Refund.’
