MONESQ gives you the ability to view all of your billable activities at a glance. You can view time entries, expense entries, and flat fees, and sort by team member, contact, matter, status, or date!
To begin, select "Billable activity" from the navigation bar on the left.

Billable Activity Tiles
The Billable Activity dashboard provides a wealth of information about your billable activity. The first thing you'll notice on this screen are the tiles just under the header, "Billable activity". At a glance, these provide you with current balances for all unbilled activities, including total unbilled activity, as well as sub-totals for time entries, expense entires and flat fees.
Filtering Billable Activity
Just above the white box containing your data, you will see four tabs, "All", "Time entries", "Expenses", and "Flat fees". By default, MONESQ will display all billable and non-billable activities. Clicking on any of the other tabs will filter your view accordingly:
Sorting Billable Activity
Regardless of which tab you're viewing (All, Time entries, Expenses, or Flat fees) You can quickly sort your billable and non-billable activity by team member, contact, matter, status, or date. By default, MONESQ will display billable activity across all team members, contacts, matters, status, or dates. These filter labels will always reflect your current view. For example, since the default view includes all team members, the team member filter will read, "All team members".
To sort by team member, click the team member drop-down menu and and select the team member who is billable activity you wish to review:
To sort by contact, click the contact drop-down menu and select the contact for whom you wish to view billable activity:
To sort by matter, click on the matter pulldown menu and select the matter for which you would like to view available activity:
MONESQ allows you to sort activities by status as well. Statuses include Billable, Billed, Not billable, Paid, or Partially paid. To sort billable activities by status, select the status drop-down menu and select the status for which you would like to view activity:
As you start to accrue activities, the ability to sort by date will be helpful. To select the time period for which you'd like to view activities, select the date drop-down menu, click the starting date of your desired time period, then click on the closing date. The screen will automatically update to display activities within that date range:
