Click on the white '+' plus sign to create a new calendar entry
Type a name for the task in the 'Subject' line
Select a color
Click the 'Task' tab
Select the date and time for the task. Fill in the fields for repeat frequency and priority level and then select 'More options'
In the 'Assigned To' section, select team member or contact. Email information will populate once you've selected a person's ID from the pull down menu:
Repeat the same steps to assign additional team members or contacts.
When you're finished, click 'Save & continue'
Review the task and click 'Create Task' to confirm.
