1. From the ‘Billing’ section (left navigation bar)
2. Click on the ‘Transactions’ tab
3. Search and click on the desired transaction
4. Click the red ‘Process a refund’ button
5. You can edit the refund amount
6. You may optionally add internal notes or attach files
7. Click ‘Make a refund’
8. You may choose to send a refund receipt by clicking ‘Send receipt’
You may also access these features through the ‘Contact’ or ‘Matters' section by clicking on the ‘Transactions’ tab and clicking on the transaction and clicking ‘Process a refund’
Or by clicking on the ellipsis menu next to the transaction and clicking ‘Refund.’
