After an invoice has been created, you can send an invoice to your client by email, generate a payment link, or download a PDF.
To send an invoice by email, click ‘Send by email.’ The right side will show you what the client will see when receiving the invoice. On the left side, you will have the option to edit the generic email text, as well as the subject of the email. By default, the invoice will include a link to the account summary, but this link can be switched off by clicking on the toggle switch.
You can generate a payment link to be sent to your client by clicking ’Generate link’ on the invoice, copying the link created and pasting the link in an email to the client.
Through the email or through the link generated, the client clicks ‘Review and pay’ they will see the following screen and will be able to pay by entering their credit card details or by eCheck.
