File Storage allows MONESQ Plus users to add, view, delete and manage files.
From the Dashboard, select the 'File Storage' page from the menu bar on the left side. You will see a list of all current folders and files in this view. You can also create a new folder or upload a file by clicking on the '+' sign (left corner).
You can narrow your results in 'File Storage' by text search, folder/file, file type, date or size in the window header.
Click on any folder to see files or additional folders contained within. The file path will show you parent and children folders as well as the files.
Creating a new 'Contact' will automatically generate a folder in 'File Storage.' Additionally, any previously created contacts synched from QBO will automatically populate.
When a 'Matter' is created, a file for that matter is created within the corresponding 'Contact' file.
When a matter is created, a file for that matter is associated with the corresponding contact.
