To view files in 'File Storage,' click on the 'File Storage' menu in the left navigation bar.
All contact folders and user created folders unassociated with a contact are visible here as well as file templates used in eSignature documents.

When a new contact is created, a folder is automatically created. Contact files are denoted by a small person on the icon. User created folders only have a folder on the icon. A file is indicated by a dog eared page icon.
