Log in to MONESQ and click 'Contact leads' from the left navigation menu:
Click the white '+' circle in the upper left corner of the 'Contact leads' dashboard:
OR, once logged in to MONESQ, click the '+ New' button at the top of your screen and select 'Lead':
Click 'Individual' for individuals or 'Entity' for organizations:
Adding individual leads:
Once you click 'Individual', you'll see the Add new contact lead' screen, where you can fill in the information:
Info section:
- Enter the contact's first name, last name, middle initial, and email address
Phone number section:
- Enter the primary phone number and add additional numbers you'd like
'Other' section:
- Notes about this contact: Enter any notes you'd like
- Originating attorney: Document which attorney the lead originated with
- Lead source: Select where the lead came from. The default options include Facebook, Google Ads, Google Maps, Lawyer directory, LinkedIn, Offline event, Online event, Personal advice, Press, website, or None.
- Attach files: Drag and drop or select any files you'd like to include for this contact lead
- Mark lead as important: Decide whether to mark this lead as important. Important leads contain gold stars next to them in your Contact Leads dashboard. As the number of leads increases, you can filter your view to include only those listed as important as well.
When you're ready, click the 'Create lead' button
Adding Entity leads:
After clicking 'Entity' you'll see the 'Entity' tab of the 'Add new contact' screen:
Info section:
- Enter the entity's name and website
Billing contacts for this entity:
- Enter the contact information for one or more billing contacts for this entity
Phone number section:
- Enter the primary phone number and add additional numbers you'd like
'Other' section:
- Notes about this contact: Enter any notes you'd like
- Originating attorney: Document which attorney the lead originated with
- Lead source: Select where the lead came from. The default options include Facebook, Google Ads, Google Maps, Lawyer directory, LinkedIn, Offline event, Online event, Personal advice, Press, website, or None.
- Attach files: Drag and drop or select any files you'd like to include for this contact lead

Click Create lead when you're ready.
