Once you have integrated your leads inbox with a third party, you will start to see a list of prospective clients appear in your Leads inbox.
Accessing your Lead inbox:
Log in to MONESQ and select 'CRM' from the left navigation menu:
From the Contact leads dashboard, click the 'Leads inbox' tab from the top menu:
On this screen, you can search for specific leads and filter by Source. You can also sort your list by Name, Date, Email address, or Source.
Add an inbox item to your leads list
To convert an inbox item to a lead, click the '+' icon to the right of the inbox item:
This will produce the 'Add new contact lead' screen where you can fill out the contact's information and click 'Create lead' to move this inbox item to 'Lead' status:
Delete an inbox item
To delete an inbox item to a lead, click the "trash can" icon to the right of the inbox item:
You will receive a confirmation screen asking you to confirm your decision. Click 'Cancel' or 'Yes, delete':
