Contact leads dashboard
Log in to MONESQ and click 'CRM' from the navigation menu on the left:
This will produce your CRM dashboard:
This screen represents your sales pipeline or the stages or steps that you go through with leads before they ultimately choose to hire or not hire your firm. On it, you can see how many leads are in each stage in your sales funnel. These are represented by columns. You can edit this pipeline to reflect your own business process, and change the status of any leads from this page.
The small number to the right of 'CRM' in the upper left corner indicates the number of leads you've generated:
Across the top of the screen, you will find tools to create a new lead, search for a lead, filters that allow you to view leads by team member, priority, or source, and the ability to create a new pipeline column:
If you are unable to see all columns on your device, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the window, or resize your window to a larger size.
