You may change the as they progress through your sales pipeline. There are two ways to do this.
Dragging and dropping one at a time
Log in to MONESQ and select 'CRM' from the left navigation menu:
On the CRM dashboard, click and hold your mouse over the contact and drag the lead to the appropriate column:
NOTE: Since 'Hired' and 'Did not hire' are not visible on the Contact Lead dashboard, to apply these statuses, change the status from the lead's detail screen:
From the Lead detail screen
Once you've logged in and clicked 'Contact leads" from the left navigation menu, click on the contact you wish to edit the status for. This will open up the Contact Lead's information screen:
Click the current status button to the right of the Lead Contact's name and select the status you'd like to assign:
Changing status to 'Hired'
When you select 'Hired' from the drop-down list, you will see a confirmation screen asking you to confirm your selection. Click 'Yes, change status':
You will then be asked to search for an existing contact to link this lead to an existing contact, or create a new contact from this lead:
If you wish to create a new contact, click the 'Create new contact' button. You will be directed to the 'Create new contact' or "Create new entity' screen where you can populate the rest of the information for this contact or entity.
Changing status to 'Did not hire'
If you change the status to 'Did not hire', when this confirmation screen appears, select the reason this client did not hire your firm:
NOTE: Once you set the status to 'Hire' or 'Did not hire', this contact lead will appear in the 'Archive' tab of your 'Contact Leads' dashboard:
Moving all leads from one status to another
From the Contact leads view, select the ellipsis above the column you wish to move.
Click 'Move all items'
Use the pull-down menu to assign a new status and then click the "Move items' button and click 'Move items':
