With your MOENSQ calendar, you can add stakeholders or interested parties to the watch list for tasks and deadlines, so they can track progress.
Add stakeholders to the watch list
For existing tasks or deadlines:
Log in to MONESQ and click 'Calendar' from the left navigation menu:
On the calendar screen, select the task or deadline you wish to add watch list member(s) to:
On the task or deadline screen, click the "pencil" icon in the upper right corner to edit the calendar item:
Click 'More options' to access the watch list:
On the 'More options' screen, click 'Add to watch list'.
A new section will pop up allowing you to select a contact or a team member to share this event or deadline with. To add additional contacts or team members to the watch list, click 'Add to watch list' again and add them:
When you're ready, click 'Save & Continue'. This will return you to the main task or deadline screen:
On the main task or deadline screen, click 'Edit Task' or 'Edit Deadline' to complete your changes:
While creating new tasks or deadlines:
Log in to MONESQ and click 'Calendar' from the left navigation menu:
Click the '+' button in the upper left corner of the Calendar screen and select either task or deadline For our example here, we have selected a task:
Populate your task information and click 'More options':
On the 'More options' screen, click 'Add to watch list'.
A new section will pop up allowing you to select a contact or a team member to share this event or deadline with. To add additional contacts or team members to the watch list, click 'Add to watch list' again and add them:
When the rest of your task or deadline information has been entered, click 'Save and continue' to return to the main task screen where you can finish creating your task or deadline:
