Accessing your pipeline:
Log in to MONESQ and click 'CRM' from the navigation menu on the left:
This will bring you to the CRM Dashboard, which displays your pipeline:
By default there are 4 stages in your sales pipeline:
Initial Contact: This column is intended for any instance in which you have or are trying to establish your first point of contact with a Lead. This column is not editable.
In Negotiation: This column was intended for instances in which you have had initial contact and are now negotiating terms with a Lead.
Awaiting Decision: this column is intended to display those leads that have hired your law firm.
Contract Sent: This column is intended to keep track of those Leads with whom negotiations have been completed and a contract has been sent.
Editing your Pipeline
Not all organizations think about their sales pipelines the same way, so we've made it simple to edit default stages/columns or add new ones.
Adding a pipeline column
To add a new pipeline column click '+ new column' from the upper right corner of the Contact leads dashboard:
Add a column name, select the color you'd like to associate with this pipeline column, and click 'Create':
Deleting a pipeline column
Click the ellipses menu to the right of the existing column header and select 'Edit':
You'll receive a confirmation screen, asking if you're sure you want to delete the column. Click 'Yes, delete' or 'Cancel' to cancel this operation:
Editing a pipeline column
To edit a stage/column in your pipeline, once you've logged in and clicked 'Contact leads' from the left navigation menu:
Re-name the column, select the color you would like associated with it, and click 'Save' to proceed or 'Cancel' to leave without saving your changes:
Moving a pipeline column
To move a column, click and hold the "direction" icon and drag the column left or right to the location of your choice:
