Viewing your QBO sync history
To view your sync history:
Log in to MONESQ and click 'Settings' from the bottom of the navigation menu on the left:
From the Settings screen, select the 'Integrations tab, and in the 'QuickBooks Online' block, click the 'Sync history link:
You will see a list of all synced transactions:
From this screen, you can search for specific transactions, and filter by type, status, or date. For each transaction, you will see the sync status, the type of transaction, and the unique ID for that transaction.
Re-syncing QBO transactions
There may be instances in which you need to re-sync transactions that are not showing up in QBO. when that becomes necessary, you may access this list of synced transactions and initiate a re-sync from this screen:
Select the transaction(s) you'd like to re-sync:
Click the 'Resync selected' button in the top right corner of the screen:
You will see a brief confirmation message informing you that your transactions are being re-synced.
